I've been working with Apple and its customers for over 12 years. I started MacHero in 2008 because I love working with smart, creative people and helping them find the right tools to accomplish the extraordinary. I also love unplugging from time to time through hiking trips, board games with friends, and performing arts shows.
Pick up the red phone and I'm on my way! I've been a certified Apple professional for five years, and an enthusiast for twice that, so there's no mountain too high for us to scale together. When not conquering your computer problems, I'm mastering domestic crafts and micro-brewing.
I oversee the day-to-day functions at MacHero and am the official Keeper of the Schedule. I earned my BS in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University. When I'm not coordinating appointments and managing client relationships, I maintain a food blog and am an avid gamer.
